Sky Above

Sun manifests through invisible fires;
Invisible fires descend on the world.
The Fire of the Sky awakens the World,
Bringing energy and vision through heat and light:
a flash of lightning
a spark of flame
a brilliant ray of pure white light

Soul manifests through invisible fires;
Invisible fires descend upon me.
The Fire of Coire Sois awakens Me,
Bringing energy and vision through warm light of
Awareness:
a flash of inspiration
a spark of insight
a brilliant ray of eternal Truth

Sea About

Moon manifests through flowing waters;
Flowing waters encompass the world.
The Water of the Sea defines the World,
Bringing patterns and rhythms through the tides and
winds:
a rolling of thunder
a pattern of smoke
a natural ordering of color and light

Spirit manifests through flowing waters;
Flowing waters encompass me.
The Water of Coire Ernmae defines Me,
Bringing patterns and rhythms through the force of
Intent:
a rolling of music
a pattern of words
a natural ordering of thought and belief

Earth Beneath

Earth manifests through life and land;
Life and land comprise the world.
The Land of the Earth IS the World,
Bringing substance and action through being and doing:
the animal startled by sound and fury
the forest blacken'd by fire in winter
the stones and plants reflecting the rainbow

Form manifests through life and land;
Life and land comprise me.
The Land of Coire Goiriath IS Me,
Bringing substance and action through being and doing:
the song cried out by words on lips
the knowledge conveyed by hand on pen
the Truth lived out by word and deed
